About the Firm

Clear Curriculum is an SBA-Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) headquartered in Maryland and founded in 2019. We design and deliver training, instructional systems, and organizational change management for enterprise system roll-outs—with deep specialization in Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and PeopleSoft implementations across federal, state, and commercial clients.

About Derica

Derica founded Clear Curriculum in 2019 after more than two decades leading instructional design for ERP modernization programs, with prior experience in technology education and classroom teaching. Her work spans the implementation lifecycle end-to-end—from pre-implementation business process analysis, through training design and delivery, to post-go-live adoption and reinforcement.

Recent engagements include Oracle Cloud implementations across commercial and federal contexts, with prior Oracle E-Business Suite modernization work supporting federal agencies including the Department of Justice, Department of Defense, FCC, National Archives, and FDA.
